Anita Ekberg

Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress, who appeared in a variety of European and American films. Her most renowned role was in the comedy drama "La Dolce Vita". The film won an Oscar and a Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960, it was also a commercial and critical success. The actress was born in Skane and worked as models before launching the acting profession. She took home her first Miss Sweden competition. She moved to the US after which she started appearing in multiple movies playing minor characters.
